Aside from my new-found healthy vegetarian lifestyle, I'm starting a new work-out routine!! I'm going to be working out 3 times a week for an 1 hr. My goal for taking on this new work-out regimen is not to look better but to feel better. I want to be COMPLETELY HEALTHY INSIDE AND OUT! IM YOUNG AND I WANT TO FEEL YOUNG!
On Mondays and Fridays I will be doing cardio and ab work-outs at home,and on Wednesdays I will be jogging. This is a new exercise routine that I'm really excited about doing and you can join me!! Follow my routine or make-up your own depending on what you want to achieve with your body.
