1.) "PAMPER ME" TIME
Pamper yourself! Soak in a warm, rich bubble bath and let the bubbles soothe you and lower your adrenaline levels. Play some soft jazz music, apply some of your favorite face mask, put some fresh cool cucumber over your eyes and float away to peace and serenity :)
TIP: Add some lavender essential oil to boost up the soothing and relaxation of your bubble bath. Lavender essential oil is proven to help with treating depression, anxiety and antsy and jittery nerves, while also substantially increasing mental activity.
2.) ART SMART
If your a fellow blogger, you know how therapeutic it feels to just express yourself and let it all hang out! With blogging not only do you get to be honest and get creative, but you also have the opportunity to reach out and help people, and that can be really rewarding :) But expressing yourself isn't just limited to blogging! Whatever gets your creative juices pumping, makes you truly happy and is a temporary distraction of all the stresses and anxiety in your life is the first thing you should do to get away, SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! GET AWAY!
TIP: Be honest about what makes you happy and is an extension of who you truly are :)
3.) THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Get connected to mother nature, enjoy the outdoors and be active, it's that simple! Going for a walk when things are a little crazy can really help control your stress levels and help you relax. Want to boost up your relaxation even more? Get active! Ride a bike and let the wind caress your skin and flow through your hair! Exercising is the best way to de-stress and let go :) SO THINK LIKE A BODY-BUILDING HIPPIE! (if those even exist)
TIP: There are different types of ways to relax and be active at the same time, but yoga is best! This exercise form was specifically made to help relax the mind and the body while also getting some serious physical exercise and all around health benefits.
4.) FLUFFY JOY
All animals know how to do is love and be loyal! They truly are a man's best friend. Your dog or cat or whatever you own (lol) knows how to cheer you up on your lowest and hardest days, so get under your covers and cuddle with your favorite buddy :)
TIP: Give your buddy a treat from time to time for being awesome , he/she deserves it :)
5.) READING IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL...
Reading gives you the ability to escape to another world and detach yourself from anything and everything negative. Make another world your reality for a while and get away :)
TIP: I've recently read "Eleanor and Park" by Rainbow Rowell and it's a fantastic read! If your looking for a fun book to read, you should give this book a try!

Love all of your ideas! All wonderful. I think I need to pamper myself more. I keep forgetting my shower is a shower/tub and a good bubble bath wouldn't hurt :P
