Sometimes its hard to deal with the over-whelming feelings of inferiority and a battered self-confidence. Its so hard to put away those feelings and believe in yourself, your worth, your accomplishments, who you are and what you stand for period. Whether its physical, emotional,or plain old mental , your still dealing with things that hinder your abilities and don't let you perform or live life to your fullest potential. I am one of those people and I battle myself everyday. Everyday I try to convince myself that I'm a great person and one day I'll be able to reach out to someone and touch someone like so many people have touched me. But until then, here are some things that are a temporary pick me up and I hope it works for you!

 - Spruce up your style : Change up your wardrobe,Try different things, Don't be afraid to get that new Rihanna haircut you've always wanted!!

 - Take care of yourself : Go see a dermatologist if your having skin issues , Eat some vegetables , Go for a jog , Invest in some new skin and hair products.

 - Say affirmations to yourself in the mirror!! You are worth it!! Take risks , you will never know unless you try.

 - Try to find the cause or root of your plunging self-confidence. Was it a school experience? childhood? Its always good to know the cause to create a solution.

 - Let go of the things that don't benefit you and that are possibly detrimental to your life! Friendships even family members!! Dump her or him if you don't feel like they support and love you like you think they should. (ask yourself if your giving them that and support is not a one-way street)

I hope that this helped you guys! This blog is a first for me , but I'll never know if I don't give it a try lol

Feel free to give me ideas on new topics :)
